16 Weeks
There hasn't been a lot to report, but here's what's been going on the past month! At our doctor's visit last week, we heard the heartbeat, which was 155 beats/minute. I had more blood drawn (yippee!) as part of their 2-part test. I'm finally starting to get the "bump" as you can see in the picture, but it's not extremely noticeable yet. This picture was taken 11/04 while at a baby shower (at my house) for a pregnant friend/co-worker who is 12 weeks ahead of me (she's not in the picture ;o)We find out the sex of the baby (yes we want to know!) in 4 weeks around the first week of December- yippee!! The baby is now the size of a large avocado (about 5 inches) and the excitement builds every week! Till next time.....

Woohoo - your having a baby. We all knew you could do it!! Love your blog baby. I've seen your bodacious auntie R.R. and if you chant 100 times a day - rhonda, rhonda, rhonda AND do the moonwalk, turn around while saying, "come on baby - look like Rhonda." Your odds will significantly increase. Never hurts to try. Yay, your having a baby. We love this blog. This is so Groovy!!
